Season II of the documentary on Ningxia, titled "Under the Helan Mountains", was launched to tell the stories of the hardworking people in the region. The film was produced by the Publicity Department of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee, CGTN, and the management committee of the wine industry park at the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains.
The third episode tells the story of Ma Liang, who was born and raised in Ningxia, looking for the perfect wine to be integrated into local delicacies. Watch the video to learn more about how Ningxia's wine became indispensable for dishes.
